Q: What is your occupation?
A: I run a HazMat Center, where people can substitute things that are not good for the environment with more "earth-friendly" products.
Q: What is your grill of choice?
A: I use gas more often because I grill so frequently, but I must say that I prefer charcoal when I have the time to use it!
Q: What is your favorite thing to grill?
A: I like to cook fish. Put it right on the grill with some nice dry-rub spices and it gets crunchy on the outside
while staying moist on the inside.
Q: What is your secret tip?
A: Don't just spray the grill grates with PAM for Grilling; spray your food as well. Cook at a higher temperature
and as soon as it sears the juices, drop the temperature way down.
Q: Can you tell me, in one sentence, what makes you the most PAMazing Griller 2006?
A: I've grilled everything you have ever imagined, in every weather condition you could think of. I'm grilling
6 days a week, summer sun through winter snowstorms.
