Q: What is your occupation?
A: I am a small business owner. My company is called "A Closer Look."

Q: What is your grill of choice?
A: I like charcoal for slow grilling, when I am cooking a whole chicken. I prefer gas when I am cooking something quick like steak.

Q: What is your favorite thing to grill?
A: You can't beat a fat, juicy porterhouse steak.

Q: What is your secret tip?
A: I use PAM for Grilling before I light the grill. Next, I get the heat going and make sure the grill is at a high temperature. Then, I sear the meat, lower the heat and let the grill do the rest.

Q: Can you tell me, in one sentence, what makes you the most PAMazing Griller 2006?
A: I love to grill.
