Garlic Peppercorn Steak


Juicy T-bone steaks seasoned with chunky garlic peppercorn seasoning and grilled to perfection

Total time: 25 minutes
Makes: 4 servings (1 steak each)

Ingredients


    PAM® For Grilling Spray
    1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
    tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
    teaspoon Kosher salt
    T-bone steaks (about 3 pounds)
    Fresh seasonal vegetables, for grilling (optional)

Directions


  1. Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with PAM®for Grilling Spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix together garlic, pepper and salt together in small bowl. Press into steaks until well coated. Grill steaks 8 minutes for medium doneness, turning over after 4 minutes.
  3. Serve with grilled fresh vegetables, if desired.
