Grilled Tomato Salsa

Different colored tomatoes add to the beauty and taste of this easy grilled salsa

Makes: 24 servings (2 tablespoons each)

Ingredients
| PAM® for Grilling Spray |
| 2 | pounds assorted tomatoes (red, yellow, orange) cut in half |
| 1 | large jalapeno, cut in half lengthwise |
| 5 | green onions, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground cumin |
| | Corn tortilla chips |
Directions
- Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with PAM®for Grilling Spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Spray tomatoes and jalapeno with cooking spray. Grill, cut side down until skin is slightly blackened, about 5 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from grill; cool. Chop and toss with green onion, cilantro, garlic salt and cumin in small bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
